• How much does a lesson cost?

  Trial: £10 for 55 minutes (up to 3 per member). Then £20 for 55 minutes. Packs of 1–20 lessons. Pay by card.

• What is the trial?

  A 55-minute lesson at the reduced price of £10. You can have up to 3 trials. After that, lessons are £20 each.

• Who is this for?

  Adults (A2–B2) who understand more English than they can use — you follow films and read articles but freeze or simplify when you speak. Not exam cram. Not a marketplace.

• How long is a lesson?

  55 minutes.

• Is it on Zoom?

  Yes. Every lesson is a 1:1 Zoom call with me.

• Who will I talk to?

  Me — Jon Weaver. There is no pool of tutors. You book me directly.

• What happens after I sign up?

  You create a free account, fill in a short intake, then pick a time and pay. The class is on Zoom, with me.

• Can I cancel or reschedule?

  Yes — more than 24 hours before the lesson. Late cancel or no-show: no automatic refund.

• Do lesson packs expire?

  No. Packs have no expiry date.

• Do you prepare for IELTS or exams?

  No. This is a conversation class — unscripted speaking with honest feedback. If you need exam prep, I'm not the right fit.

• What do I get after the lesson?

  A receipt: what I heard you say, your talk share as a percentage, up to three marks from the Zoom, and one next step. Not a score. Not a level.
